MISSION STATEMENT
Planning and organising trainings and seminars in order to support the administrative staff in their career development, workplace productivity and general effectiveness, while contributing to the trainings held in collaboration with the Human Resources Education and Development Department.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
- Increasing the administrative staff’s knowledge and productivity, and designing trainings to enable them to procure information, experience and conduct in accordance with Yeditepe University’s mission and vision.
- Supporting the enhancement of e-communication skills that are required by the administrative staff to better fulfil their duties and responsibilities.
- Contributing to the administrative staff’s personal and social progress and collaborating with the Department of Human Resources in enrichment of corporate culture.
- Designing training for the administrative staff in their attunement to technological developments and innovations.
ACTIVITIES
YU-Admin sub-unit has designed training programs focused on the use of office applications, which have been assigned to the administrative staff of our University via the YU-Learn Moodle platform.
Additionally, within this scope, a short video series on Microsoft Excel training has been prepared, along with the Microsoft Excel Training - Module 1 handbook.
