Continuously improving the skills and competencies and designing educational journeys for the academic staff in face-to-face, distance or hybrid education and learning through the opportunities brought by e-learning on top of all the opportunities and techniques of usual face-to-face education in the light of recent studies in the field of Educational Sciences.


  • Developing and updating the academic staff’s educational knowledge, skills and competence through arranging hybrid educational programs and implementing modular trainings. 
  • Improving the digital literacy skills of academic staff and increasing knowledge and skills about the opportunities and use of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Producing educational videos for our academic staff on the use and features of digital platforms utilised in education and training processes.
  • Planning and organising workshops for the development of academic staff on new techniques-methods, models, learning environments and materials that can be used in university teaching and learning processes.
