As part of the YU-LEARNT – Coursera collaboration, an introductory event was organized for students of the Department of Sociology at Yeditepe University. During the event, students were introduced to the educational and certification opportunities offered through the Coursera platform. Participants also had the opportunity to learn more about guided projects, international certification processes, and 21st-century skills.
The event covered topics such as:
- Different course types available on Coursera,
- Advantages of guided projects,
- Artificial intelligence and big data literacy,
- Digital research methods,
- Communication and visualization skills,
- Content supporting career development.
