Prepared by YU-Network, a sub-unit of the Yeditepe University Centre for Learning and
Teaching (YU-LEARNT), the Social Media Management course welcomes all learners who
wish to use social media more consciously and effectively.
This course focuses on building the essential knowledge and
skills needed to manage social media strategically, ethically, and securely. Participants willexplore how to plan, create, and evaluate content in line with professional and ethical
principles.
The course consists of three modules:
● Module 1: Social Media Tools and Their Uses
● Module 2: Social Media Management Processes and Strategies
● Module 3: Ethical Use and Safe Social Media Practices
Upon completion, participants will gain the ability to manage social media platforms more
consciously, effectively, and ethically.
The course is accessible through the YU-LEARN (Moodle) platform.
